NABH Accreditation Procedure

Apply to NABH: Submit application, self-declaration, self-assessment form, plus hospital policies, various NOCs (fire, lift, pollution, police), ID proofs, bank statements, ownership documents, and signage approvals.

Application Review: NABH reviews your documents, issues an acknowledgment and unique reference number.

Pre-Assessment: NABH sends an inspector to verify document authenticity and readiness for final evaluation.

Final Assessment: After resolving pre-assessment feedback, NABH conducts the final evaluation. Successful hospitals receive a 3-year accreditation certificate.

Reassessment & Surveillance: Accreditation requires reassessment. Apply at least 6 months before expiration; otherwise, you may face consequences.
